Around 90 pieces of content a week, written, designed, fact-checked and published while I'm doing something else.
Being visible in more than one market multiplies the work: writing, designing visuals, adapting each piece to the format of each platform, publishing at the right local time, every day, forever. Staffed properly, that is a content manager, a designer and a translator. That's a payroll before there's revenue to justify it.
The usual shortcut is to post the same thing everywhere and machine-translate it. It reads exactly like what it is, and it performs accordingly.
None of it requires me to write, design, schedule or press publish.
A writing agent is only as good as the voice archive behind it. Feeding it a thousand of my own posts is the difference between "this sounds like me" and "this sounds like everyone."
The second thing people underestimate is design. Consistent visuals are what make a one-person operation look like a brand, and they are the part that is easiest to automate properly once the system is defined.
The third is honesty about what this doesn't do. Automated content builds presence and search visibility. It does not replace the posts where you say something only you could say. Those I still write myself.
Tell me what your content process looks like today. I'll say which parts are worth automating and which ones you should keep doing yourself.
